Summary:
SWIPE Cashless Solutions is the preferred solution for Coca-Cola Bottlers to accept major credit cards, mobile wallets and loyalty platforms as a form of payment for Full Service Vending purchases. SWIPE was designed as a participant-based solution and supports multiple bottlers in North America. The service provides acceptance of new payment methods that will assist our participants in meeting the needs of their customers and consumers.
Essential job duties and responsibilities:
- Diagnose problems according to established procedures; escalate as needed
- Maintains knowledge base of incident resolution steps and shares common scenarios with other team members
- Registers and processes requests for service according to procedures and coordinates activities with other team members as appropriate.
- Maintains process documentation for processes
- Create operational performance statistics and financial reports
- Stewards health and reporting information to assigned participants
- Performs routine configuration changes and profile changes as directed
- Performs QA and transition activities for new and existing capabilities
- Operationally deploys existing capabilities working with Bottlers, suppliers and customers
- Ad hoc requests as needed
- Knowledge of mobile payments and credit card processing systems preferred
- Building collaborative relationships with Supplier base and Bottlers
- Sense of urgency, detail oriented, and able to provide clear and thorough documentation for future reference
- Must be able to operate independently
- Express ideas precisely, persuasively and effectively; listens and responds appropriately to Customers and coworkers and all levels of management in an effective professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Preferred: Four-year degree related to information technology
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
- Strong systems knowledge (i.e. SQL, Quick Base, Excel)
- Experience preferred within a Food & Beverage company
- Ability to function comfortably in a multi-tasking environment
- Strong problem solving, issue resolution, and communication skills
- Good organizational skills, detail oriented, high sense of urgency
- Team Player and persistent follow through to resolve issues
- Proficient use in Microsoft Office (Excel for analytical evaluations and reporting)
- Analytical and fact based decision making skills
- Ability to independently research issues, develop/execute resolution strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (internal and external customers)
- Motivated self-starter
