About the Role:
Join MedPOINT Management as a CCC (Clinical Care Coordination) Data Prep Coordinator / Analyst and play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team in Sherman Oaks, CA, to streamline processes and enhance data management for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and validate data sets for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Utilize analytical tools to identify trends and insights from data.
Assist in the development of data management protocols and best practices.
Monitor data entry processes and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Provide support in generating reports for stakeholders and management.
Participate in training sessions to enhance team knowledge on data systems.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis or data coordination roles.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience with healthcare data management is a plus.
