ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER, CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP/PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Effectively support and/or manage day to day client needs & expectations.
Participate in client status meetings
Ensure SLA’s and program expectations are being met.
Work in conjunction with other departments to manage tactical program/job execution including, but not limited to, inventory & order management, ad hoc offset and digital print, standard direct mail and fulfillment projects.
Provide real-time status on all projects to internal project teams and client stakeholders.
Timely project follow-up – anticipate and manage project delays.
Proactive inventory management – low stock/short date/expired inventory analysis, periodic cycle counts, inventory destruction.
Quoting/Invoicing/PO trending with guidance of manager, as needed
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred, not required.
Multi-Channel e-commerce fulfillment program experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Initiate and maintain good organization of records and information.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team structure, as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment.
