We are a young and energetic family of team members that continues to grow and expand our brand! We are looking for an energetic and talented specialist to join our team. Our company deals primarily with specialty refrigerators/freezers, Biological Safety Cabinets and other safety devices, and Liquid Nitrogen Storage.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
· Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
· Maintains customer records by updating account information.
· Generate estimates on products and services for customers.
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to ensure a resolution.
· Scheduling of new equipment deliveries with customers
· Following up with customers on upcoming scheduled services
· Performing customer satisfaction surveys.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hours and Benefits
· The position pays $22 - $24 / hour, depending on experience. A salaried position is also negotiable
· The hours are 8:00 – 4:00, Monday to Friday, and are flexible if needed
· Paid time off for 2 weeks, and 1 week of sick pay, along with paid holidays.
· Employer Matched Retirement plan is available, eligible after 1 year.
· Employee health insurance is covered 100% by employer. Eligible after 90 days.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
· High School Diploma is required.
· Familiarity with Office software and Quickbooks a plus
· Previous experience, especially in particular industry, preferred
