Fractional part-time remote role in NYC :
Qualifications:
10 years + experience as a Business Development professional with general or professional staffing agencies.
Proven track record of sales success to drive growth
Effective communication to guide business owners.
Active relationships with the NYC IT Staffing industry are highly preferred
experience helping team meet sales performance based on KPIs
Experience with growth into new markets, acquiring new customers
Knowledge to create roadmaps and strategic plans outlining the steps to achieve growth objectives
Responsibilities
Involves coaching the company's business owners to achieve sales goals.
The candidate will be responsible for helping in strategic planning, sales, and business planning to develop and grow the company.
COMPENSATION: Coaching, 80/hr. + 10% payout of the net profit for all referal account
