    Description:

    We are seeking individuals with a desire to join a growing supply chain management practice. We have full time and contract opportunities for several remote positions. Seeking consultants that have a development background with prior integration experience. Candidates in all U.S. geographic locations will be considered.

    Desired Attributes

    • Model supply chain best practices in Order Management (OMS) products (e.g., Ship to Store, Pickup from Store, Endless Aisle, Clienteling.
    • Experience in IBM OMoC, Call Center, Store implementation is preferred.
    • Follow IBM Sterling OMS product extensions guide while coding in java and other programming languages. Configure pipeline changes, creating new monitoring rule, new order status creation, static & dynamic condition, new payment type configuration etc. in IBM sterling OMS configurator.
    • Develop monitoring tools for proactive monitoring during performance tests and hyper care periods (like post production and/or holiday peak period) using SQLs and log analyzer.
    • Automate CI/CD process using Jenkins.
    • Analyze system resources utilization (memory, cpu) and its allocation to improve system performance. Examine java heap and thread dumps to triage performance issues on application servers and integration servers.
