This cleaning job is a total of 25 hours a week: Monday through Friday for 5 hours/night. The hourly rate starts at $14, with adjustments based on performance. You will perform all janitorial and custodial duties as instructed by the Site Manager, including:

• General cleaning and sanitizing
• Floor maintenance
• Garbage removal
• Supply stocking

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation
• A smartphone, in order to use our time clock system
• A working knowledge of janitorial supplies/cleaning products
• The ability to operate and maintain machines such as floor buffer, vacuums, extractors, carpet cleaning equipment, etc.
