    CD Peacock is seeking a Store Operations Assistant to join our team. The Store Operations Assistant is someone passionate about providing the highest standards of service and is trained to be well-rounded in all activities within the store. In a multi-functional support role, the Store Operations Assistant helps the Store Operations Director and sales associates to maximize client-facing time and support all areas of the business.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Maintain stock order and assist in inventory control including daily case counts, vendor audits, and morning set up & evening take down
    • Assist Operations Director in maintaining floor appearance and presentation, including ordering supplies and filling refreshments
    • Handle day-to-day operations tasks, including travel between locations and running errands in the local area
    • Effectively conduct administrative responsibilities, such as daily paperwork audits, answering phone calls, and assist with store business
    • Deliver exceptional client service, greeting clients on the sales floor, and providing client hospitality
    • Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support

    Position Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of related experience
    • Minimum High School Diploma
    • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
    • Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays
