Job Summary

CDA USA, Inc. is seeking a hardworking Field Technician to join our Richmond based team! You'll be responsible for the proper installation, maintenance and repair of our manufactured machines. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has prior mechanical experience with a willingness to travel. Responsibilities

Work with team/ independently to assemble CDA USA Inc machines

On-site installation, repair and maintenance of machines

Travel opportunity, a maximum of two weeks per month

Diagnose technical problems and determine applicable solutions

Assist customers with machine malfunctions and troubleshooting

Handle additional warehouse technical tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

Requirement bilingual (Spanish)

Prefer 2+ years experience in field technician or similar role

Valid driver's license

Flexibility to travel and work in various locations

Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
