CDA Wood is a growing company located in Post Falls that caters to both professionals and consumers nationwide. Professionals include general contractors, architects, interior designers, and more. Our focus is targeted to this country, but marketing will expand to other countries, as well. Description: The Marketing & Creative Associate Intern is responsible for assisting the Marketing Director in the following responsibilities, but not limited to: - Create and manage social media marketing platforms. This includes engaging with our fans/followers and responding to questions. - Brainstorm and execute approved marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments. - Create and manage e-mail marketing communications. - Assist company leaders with any urgent communications to be provided to the public via electronic communications. - Work with the sales department on providing them client leads that come from marketing outlets. - Keep Marketing Director, Creative Director, and CEO up-to-date with marketing reports and program outcomes. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news. Identify any area of opportunities to the Marketing Director and CEO. - Understand the marketing budget and keep track of all approved marketing expenses. - Assist in monthly marketing reports. Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities - Communication skills are proficient. - Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity. - Proficient project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills. - Punctual and dependable. - Exemplifies willingness to continuously learn and stay-up-date with trends in the industry and business. - Take the initiative. - The office is located in a manufacturing warehouse. General knowledge and common sense of safety procedures is important. - Proficient proofreading and writing skills. - Dependable. Required Education, Certifications, and experience Currently enrolled in a higher education program regarding marketing or related field. Experience with multiple social media platforms. Strong computer skills.
