WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a full time Dental scheduling coordinator/treatment coordinator/dental front office receptionist . Our candidate must have a friendly and inviting personality, great customer service, and a desire to help our patients . 

MUST SPEAK SPANISH in order to work in this location. 

PAY: $18-$25 depending on experience, knowledge, and skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping with daily office tasks
• Ensuring that office operations run smoothly
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Punctual/ Reliable 
• Attention to detail 
• People friendly
• Managing daily patient schedule 
• Answering phone 
• calling and following up with patients 
• Well-versed in dental terminology
• Experienced in a dental office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Recommended CPR Certification 
• One year of experience in a Dental Clinic environment.
•  Dentrix and or Curve

DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION FULL-TIME (South Glendale) Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays PART-TIME (North Glendale/Montrose Area) Fridays and Sundays  Currently we operate 10 Offices all around LA, San Bernardino and Riverside County.
