Our next Carrier Sales Rep loves to move freight. Someone ready to make an impact. SOMEONE WHO HAS WORKED IN 3PL LOGISTICS. Now, they want to turn all their experience of freight procurement and carrier relationship-building to the next level.

You’ll be a key player in the execution of clearing the load board. You’ll roll your sleeves up every day to move loads, find new carriers, and develop those carrier relationships for CDL 1000. You’ve been in this type of role before. You know how to build a carrier base. It’s about the moments that matter. The moments where you build relationships and solve problems.

After year 1, you’ll know you were successful as you reflect on:

· A strong book of carriers for booking loads.

· Negotiation strategies to maximize GP(Gross Profit) you’ve implemented based on industry knowledge. You know the right tactics to get the job done.

· Through your attention to detail, issues were handled quickly with a minimum of disruption.

· Commission checks.

· The goals and KPIs you’ve set - and hit.
