CDL-A DRIVERS FOR DEDICATED ACCOUNT - RIDGEFIELD, WASHINGTON

Prequalification:

• At least 21 years of age, applicants under the age of 23 cannot have more than 1 moving violation within the past 12 months and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 year.
• Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR) Must have 3 months' experience driving a tractor-trailer in the last 12 months or as much time on the road for any period than off the road in the last 10 years.
• All experience must be verifiable T/T experience with at least a 40 foot trailer.
• Training time will not count.
• They can only verify the job if the Driver drove TT the whole time.

Job Description:

• All drivers will hand unload the trailer using rollers.
• Drivers will average of 2-4 loads with 3-4 stops per load.

Delivery Locations:

• Lane begins in Ridgefield, WA running regional through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana.

Schedule:

• Home Time: 34-Hour Reset Weekly.
• Days off vary.
• During the holiday season there might be less time off. Based on freight demands during other times, there could be additional time off.
• This lane has both day and night shifts, with no set shift.

Compensation:

• Hourly Compensation:
  • 0-48 Months: $29-30.50
  • 49 to 200 Months: $31.00
• Safe & On-Time Bonus

Equipment:

• Drivers must have a safe authorized place to park the truck if they live more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA.
