    JOB OVERVIEW

    Cornerstone Driver Solutions is recruiting CDL-A Company Drivers for a dedicated local opportunity based in Fontana, California.

    This is a home-daily position offering approximately 1,400 miles per week , consistent dedicated freight, and competitive weekly earnings.

    Drivers will make multi-stop deliveries throughout Southern California , with occasional loads to Las Vegas. Drivers should be comfortable working a six-day schedule, including weekends, and working afternoon or evening start times.

    This position involves driver-monitored offloading at delivery locations, so applicants should be comfortable with the physical requirements of unloading freight.

    PAY & COMPENSATION

    • $1,395 average weekly earnings
    • Up to $1,858 per week
    • Approximately $72,548 average annualized pay
    • Up to approximately $96,660 annualized pay
    • Ring pay and bonus incentives
    • Approximately 1,400 miles per week

    HOME TIME & SCHEDULE

    • Home daily
    • 6 days per week
    • Weekend work is required
    • Start times generally between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM
    • Typical workdays are approximately 10–12 hours
    • Consistent dedicated freight

    Drivers must have reliable transportation to and from the yard.

    HIRING AREA

    Candidates must live within approximately 60 miles of Rialto, CA.

    Reliable transportation to the yard is required because drivers must report to the facility for their assigned shifts.

    RUNNING AREA

    • Primarily Southern California
    • Multiple delivery locations
    • Occasional loads to Las Vegas, Nevada
    • Approximately 1,400 miles per week

    FREIGHT & DELIVERY

    • Preloaded freight

    Drivers should be comfortable with multi-stop deliveries and physically monitoring the unloading process.

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Must meet applicable DOT and carrier qualification requirements
    • Must be willing to work 6 days per week
    • Must be available for weekend work
    • Must be available for 2:00 PM–5:00 PM start times
    • Must be comfortable working approximately 10–12 hours per day
    • Must be comfortable with multi-stop deliveries
    • Must be able to monitor and assist with offloading as required
    • Must be comfortable using a manual pallet jack and liftgate
    • Must have reliable transportation to the yard
    • Must be dependable and safety-focused
    • Must be able to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
