    CDL-A Local Dry Van Driver – Good Pay | Home Daily

    Join a local dry van account with home daily, Monday-Friday scheduling, and a 9:00 AM start time. Drivers earn activity-based pay with multiple ways to increase weekly earnings.

    Pay Details

    Average Weekly Pay: $1,250

    • $0.63 CPM for 0–50.9 miles
    • $0.57 CPM for 51–100.9 miles
    • $0.50 CPM for 101+ miles
    • $5.25 per fueling
    • $21 per stop
    • $20.48/hour detention after 1 hour
    • $13.50 per drop and hook
    • $5.25 per pre-trip and post-trip
    • Paid weekly

    • Day cab with dry van trailer
    • Activity-based pay structure
    • Drivers must remain flexible as customer needs change

    Shift Details

    • Home daily
    • Monday-Friday
    • 9:00 AM start
    • Schedule may change based on customer demand

    Job Requirements

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
    • Must be at least 22 years old
    • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
    • No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
    • Must create a profile with the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire
    • Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records
    • Must meet applicable DOT requirements
