    Cornerstone Driver Solutions is recruiting Class A CDL drivers for a local intermodal position in Ayer/Lancaster, Massachusetts.

    Pay & Earnings

    • $1,500–$1,800 typical weekly earnings
    • $84,000 average annual earnings
    • $10,000 limited-time bonus
    • $0.42–$0.47 per mile
    • Detention: $23–$36/hr
    • $56 stop pay
    • $45 drop & hook
    • Additional activity-based pay available

    The Job

    • Local intermodal
    • Home daily
    • Majority no-touch freight
    • No NYC
    • Approximately 250-mile operating radius
    • Weekend Wrap schedule
    • Company driver
    • Day cab
    • Truck shared with another driver because of the 24/7 operation
    • Truck remains at the Lancaster yard when off duty

    Freight & Operation

    Drivers move intermodal containers in and out of the Ayer ramp to customers within the local operating area.

    Freight originates or terminates in Worcester or Ayer, MA.

    No New York City operation.
