    CDL-A Local Building Materials Driver – Good Pay + $10K Bonus

    Earn approximately $76,000 per year on a dedicated local building materials account with daily home time , online orientation, and a $10,000 bonus. Deliver concrete, fiber, and siding throughout Washington and Oregon while averaging 1,800 miles per week.

    • Average Weekly Pay: $1,400
    • $10,000 Bonus
    • Base Mileage Pay (Based on Experience): * 6–24 months: $0.37 CPM * 24–36 months: $0.38 CPM * 36–48 months: $0.39 CPM * 48–60 months: $0.41 CPM * 60+ months: $0.43 CPM
    • Customer-Paid Loads: $40 spiff per customer-paid load
    • Night Shift: Additional $0.06 CPM, Monday-Friday from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
    • Weekend: Additional $0.12 CPM, Saturday 12:01 AM through Monday 4:00 AM
    • CPM Increase: $0.01 CPM yearly until reaching a maximum of $0.53 CPM
    • Steel-Toe Boot Allowance: $75 annually

    Job Details

    • Dedicated building materials freight
    • Approximately 1,800 miles per week
    • Deliver concrete, fiber, and siding on curtain-side trailers
    • Delivery territory across WA and OR
    • Pick up raw materials in Halsey, OR approximately 2–3 times per week
    • Optional to run up to 5 Halsey pickups per week
    • Remaining days focused on deliveries to local lumber yards
    • Live unloads at customer locations
    • Secure loads with straps and tarp as needed
    • Training provided on curtain-side and flatbed trailers
    • Flatbed experience preferred
    • May assist other accounts as needed
    • Assigned automatic daycab; truck remains at the account during time off
    • Online orientation available

    Shift Details

    • Monday-Friday
    • Start times between 3:00 AM-5:00 AM
    • 12-14 hour shifts
    • Occasional Saturday work based on customer demand
    • Optional 6th day available for additional income
    • All 6 major holidays off , with optional holiday work for additional income

    Job Requirements

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
    • Clean driving record
    • DOT Medical Card
    • No SAP Drivers
    • Willing and able to chain as weather dictates
    • Required PPE and account-provided uniforms
    • Steel-toe boots required
    • Comfortable securing and tarping freight
    • Hard hat, safety glasses, and reflective vest required
