Easy & Quick Trans is a family-owned refrigerated carrier based in Schaumburg, IL , operating for over 12 years with a growing fleet of 80+ trucks. We are hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers who want consistent miles, strong weekly pay, and a company that values performance and safety.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,700 – $2,300+
• Top Drivers: $1,750+ per week
• Pay Rate: $0.62 – $0.70 CPM (based on endorsements)
• All miles paid (loaded & empty – zip code to zip code)
• $500 Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus

Home Time

• 4 weeks out = 5 days home
• 5 weeks out = 6 days home
• 6 weeks out = 7 days home
• 7 weeks out = 8 days home

Freight & Lanes

• Refrigerated (reefer) freight
• Running areas: Midwest, Southeast, East Coast, Southwest
• No Northwest routes

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A License
• Minimum 2 years OTR experience within the last 3 years
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Ability to run OTR routes, including nights & early mornings
• Mountain driving experience preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, inspections, and reefer operations

Endorsements

• Tanker endorsement (must obtain within 45 days)
• Hazmat endorsement (must obtain within 90 days)
• TWIC card (within 45 days preferred)
