  • Responsibilities

    CDL-A NEW GRADS PAID TRAINING

    • Accepting CDL-A holders with no experience and 120 hours in a CDL School.
    • Paid training with Ride-along/trainer support.
    • If a Driver completed school and training with another company and did not have any moving violations or preventable accidents during the time they have held a CDL, they can participate in a modified training program with a mentor.

    Trainees will initially be Over the road with a mentor 4-6 Weeks making $650.00 per week while in training. Afterwards they will go into the local position below.

    Position Summary

    This is a local, home-daily CDL-A position delivering grocery freight. Drivers will perform multi-stop deliveries using an electric pallet jack , making this a physically active role with consistent pay and reliable home time.

    Pay & Compensation

    • Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,400
    • Base Pay: ~$1,350/week
    • Pay Scale (CPM based on experience):
      • 0 months: $0.56 CPM
      • 12–36 months: $0.58 CPM
      • 37–60 months: $0.60 CPM
      • 61+ months: $0.61 CPM
    • Miles: ~1,100 miles per week

    Additional Pay

    • Stop Pay: $20 per stop
    • Unload Pay: $55 per trailer
    • Driver Ranking Bonus: Based on safety, miles, service, and tenure

    Home Time

    • Daily Home Time (Local position)
    • Night shifts available

    • CDL-A License required
