Now Hiring: CDL A Regional Truck Drivers for the Southwest Regional Division 230. Drivers will average 2,500 miles per week with scheduled home time every 5–7 days (48 hours off). This regional account covers the Southwest U.S. , offering consistent miles, competitive pay, and steady freight.
Position: CDL A Regional Truck Driver – Southwest Regional (Division 230)
Hiring Areas: Phoenix, AZ | Albuquerque, NM | San Antonio, TX | Laredo, TX
Route: Regional – Southwest states (AZ, NM, TX, CA, NV)
Miles: Average 2,500 miles per week
Schedule: 5–7 days out, 48 hours home
Slip Seat Policy: Truck stays at terminal if home time exceeds 2 days; may be slip-seated
Freight: no-touch, regional freight; may occasionally run outside of designated route depending on freight demand
Average Weekly Pay: $1,250 – $1,375
Annual Earnings: $65,000 – $71,500+
Mileage Pay: Competitive per-mile rates with steady miles
Consistent Freight: Year-round freight with reliable routes
Valid CDL Class A License

Must be available for 5–7 day runs with weekend and holiday availability as needed
Safe driving record and ability to operate in a regional network
Home Time: 48 hours home after every 5–7 days out
