    CDL-A Semi-Local Chemical Tanker Driver – Good Pay + Bonus | Home Weekly

    Earn $103,500 average annual gross pay on a dedicated semi-local route with frequent home time. Drivers are home weekly for their reset and typically return home 1–2 additional times per week depending on routes.

    Pay Details

    • Average Weekly Pay: $2,100
    • $1,000 Show Bonus: $500 after 30 days + $500 after 180 days
    • Safety/Service Bonus: $200 per week
    • Stop Pay: $40 per occurrence
    • Tanker Stop Pay: $80 per stop
    • Breakdown Pay: $15/hour
    • Hazmat endorsement renewal paid while on the account

    Job Details

    • Haul ink and other chemicals in tanker, reefer, or van trailers in totes
    • Approximately 2,200 miles per week
    • Pre-loaded outbound loads
    • Live unloads completed by the receiver — no driver unload
    • Extra work may be available with other nearby accounts when needed

    Shift Details

    • Tuesday–Saturday
    • Start times: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
    • Routes may involve daytime, afternoon, and evening driving
    • Home weekly for reset + 1–2 additional times per week depending on route
    • Holiday work may be required based on routes and customer appointments

    Job Requirements

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience
    • Hazmat endorsement required to schedule
    • Tanker endorsement required before start date
    • Clean driving record
    • DOT Medical Card
    • No SAP drivers

    Equipment & Training

    • Automatic International sleeper trucks
    • No slip seating
    • On-site training with a certified trainer
    • Monthly paid safety and Hazmat training
    • Uniform program available
