Swift Transportation is hiring an experienced solo CDL A driver for a dedicated dry van route based out of Ontario , CA. This is a reliable freight lane with steady miles, weekly home time, and competitive weekly pay.

Position Overview:

• Route Type: Dedicated – all routes start and end in El Paso, TX

• Destinations Include: California, New York, Illinois, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, Missouri

• Home Time: Once or twice per week

• Shift: Rotating schedule

• Weekend Work: Required

• Holiday Work: As needed, depending on workload

• Experience Required: First-seat, experienced drivers only

Pay & Compensation:

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,400

• Miles Per Week: 3,600 – 5,000

• Stop Pay: $15.00 per stop

• Unload Pay: $40 (full hand unloads required)

What We're Looking For:

• Valid CDL A

• Must live within 25 miles of Ontario, CA

• **4 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
  **

• **No SAP drivers or recent grads
  **

• Comfortable with cold-weather driving

• Must be able to perform full hand unloads

• No endorsements required
