    CDL A Truck Driver – Dollar Tree – Home Weekly – Up to $2,400/Week – Windsor, CT

    USX is Now Hiring: Experienced CDL Class A Truck Drivers for the Dollar Tree account based in Windsor, CT. Drivers will deliver to Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores across the Northeast with weekly home time and the potential to earn up to $2,400/week. This is a physically demanding, driver-unload position that rewards hard work with one of the highest paying retail dedicated accounts in the industry.

    Job Details

    • Position: CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver – Dollar Tree Account

    • Type: Full-Time

    • Location: Windsor, CT (drivers may park at any DT store or DC location)

    • Training: Paid orientation + 1–3 day mentor ride along ($150/day)

    • Freight: 100% touch freight – live unload with rollers, box by box

    • Route Area: CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, ME (within 1,066 miles of Windsor, CT)

    • Home Time: Weekly (not guaranteed daily or every weekend)

    • Shift: Night driving required; weekends & holidays required

    Pay Structure

    • Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500–$1,750 (5 loads, 1,500 miles)

    • Top Earners: $2,200–$2,400 weekly

    • Annual Pay: Up to $104,000

    • Experience-Based Mileage Pay:

      • 0 months: $0.53 CPM

      • 12 months: $0.57 CPM

      • 24 months: $0.61 CPM

      • 36 months: $0.66 CPM

      • 60 months: $0.71 CPM

      • 84 months: $0.72 CPM

      • 120 months: $0.73 CPM

    • Unload Pay: $240 per unload

    • Backhaul Pay: $105 per load

    • NYC Borough Pay: $250 per delivery (26 ft pup)

    • Bonus: $50 weekly incentive for drivers available full work week

    Requirements

    • Valid CDL Class A License

    • 6+ months of recent tractor-trailer experience preferred

    • Must provide secure parking for truck and trailer

    • Ability to perform manual unloads (physically demanding role)

    • Patience & strong customer service skills

    • Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays

    • Not eligible if hired directly from Werner or Total Transportation (unless 6+ months elsewhere first)

    Vacation & Benefits

    • Vacation Pay:

      • 1 week after 1 year

      • 2 weeks after 2 years

      • Up to 4 weeks after 10 years
