    CDL A Truck Driver – Dollar Tree Savannah, GA – Home Weekly – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! USX

    We're hiring CDL A drivers to join our Dollar Tree Dedicated Fleet based out of Savannah, GA! This is a home weekly position offering great pay, a strong support team, and consistent freight. If you're ready to work hard and be rewarded for it, this is the opportunity for you. 3 months of tractor-trailer experience is required.

    Position Highlights

    • Home Weekly: 34-hour reset at home each week (not guaranteed daily or weekend home time).

    • Freight Type: 100% touch freight, box-by-box live unload using rollers at Dollar Tree stores (occasional Family Dollar deliveries).

    • Coverage Area: GA, FL, SC, and parts of AL.

    • Schedule: Most deliveries occur early mornings. Drivers typically arrive the night before or early morning to deliver on time.

    • Training: New hires complete up to one week of ride-along training with a current driver, earning $150/day.

    Pay & Bonuses

    • Pay Rate: $0.63 per mile (regardless of experience)

    • Unload Pay: $240 per trailer

    • Backhaul Pay: $50 per load

    • Weekly Average: $1,350–$1,500 gross for drivers running 3 loads and 1,100–1,300 miles weekly

    • Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days; must be active and seated to qualify)

    Driver Requirements

    • Must bring two weeks' worth of supplies (clothing, bedding, toiletries, medication, etc.) to orientation.

    • Upon activation, drivers report directly to Savannah, GA for training.

    • Must have secure parking for both truck and trailer (personal property or gated lot with security).

    • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    • Strong customer service and unloading ability required.

    • Fleet: Late-model Freightliners and Kenworths

    • Support: Backed by a tenured operations and dispatch team providing 24/7 assistance

    Vacation Package

    • 1 week after 1 year

    • 2 weeks after 2 years

    • 3 weeks after 7 years

    • 4 weeks after 10 years
