    Position: CDL A Truck Driver – Family Dollar Dedicated
    Location / Hiring Area: Must live within:

    • 100 miles of Odessa, TX

    • 75 miles of El Paso, TX

    • 75 miles of Abilene, TX

    • 75 miles of Lubbock, TX

    • 75 miles of Deming, NM

    • 75 miles of Tucson, AZ

    Freight: Dry freight – hand unload with gravity rollers
    Delivery Area: Eastern TX, NM, AZ, Southern NV, Southern UT, Southern CO
    Load/Unload: 100% touch freight – unload required, paid per unload
    Miles per Week: ~2,000
    Schedule: Weekly runs with 2–3 loads and multiple stops
    Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (reset days may vary based on freight needs)
    Weekend Work: Required
    Holiday Work: May be required
    Orientation: 2–3 days in Dallas, TX (paid)

    Pay Structure

    Weekly Average Pay: $1,500
    Top Weekly Pay: $1,700
    Annual Average Pay: $78,000
    Top Annual Pay: $88,400
    Bonus: Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus – up to 3% of mileage pay

    Requirements

    • Valid CDL Class A License

    • Minimum 3 months CDL A experience

    • Must live within hiring area (Odessa, El Paso, Abilene, Lubbock, Deming NM, or Tucson AZ)

    • Ability to hand unload freight with rollers

    • Must meet DOT requirements (MVR, drug test, medical card, etc.)
