Job Title: CDL-A Truck Driver (Full-Time) Company: Morgan Composting, Inc.

Position Overview: Morgan Composting, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated CDL-A Truck Driver (Full-Time) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values safety, and takes pride in delivering quality service.

Responsibilities:

Operate company trucks to transport compost, soil products, and related materials

Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks

Ensure safe loading, hauling, and unloading of materials

Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards

Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A

Double and Triple Endorsement

Tanker Endorsement

Clean driving record

Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to lift and handle materials as needed

Need to pass random annual drug and alcohol screenings per state requirement

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in trucking, agriculture, or similar industries

Schedule:

Full-Time (flexible based on workload and season)

Compensation:
