Required Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL-A)

• Minimum 12 months verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience

• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening

Position Overview:

Tornado Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for our National OTR program. As a Company Driver, you will operate our late-model equipment across all 48 states while earning industry-leading compensation with guaranteed pay protection.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate late-model Freightliner Cascadia trucks safely and efficiently

• Transport freight across all 48 states with consistent routing

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Maintain accurate logs and documentation per DOT regulations

• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual earnings: $70,000 - $90,000+

• Weekly gross average: $1,450 (top performers earn $1,750+)

• Weekly pay protection: $1,250 guaranteed minimum

• Average weekly miles: 2,400+ with consistent freight

• Safety bonuses and performance incentives

• Green zone premiums (extra 5¢ per mile)

Schedule and Home Time:

• Schedule: 4 days out, 4 weeks home

• Predictable home time with advance notice

• Flexible departure times when operationally possible
