    We're hiring CDL A drivers to join our Northeast Regional Fleet , offering weekly home time, competitive mileage pay, and consistent freight across the Northeast corridor. Drivers enjoy predictable schedules, regional runs, and late-model equipment while staying close to home.

    Job Details

    • Position: CDL A Truck Driver – Northeast Regional Fleet

    • Location: Must live in PA, MD, NY, NJ, or DE

    • Orientation Site: Shippensburg, PA

    • Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home

    • Freight Type: Mix of live loads and preloaded trailers

    • Miles per Week: Average 1,500 miles (300–400 miles per day)

    • Delivery Area: Regional — running from Virginia to Maine

    • Weekend Freight: Optional weekend routes available for extra miles and pay

    • Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths

    • Support: 24/7 operations assistance from an empowered dispatch team

    Pay Structure

    • Mileage Pay (based on experience):

      • 3–11 months: $0.80 CPM

      • 1 year: $0.81 CPM

      • 2 years: $0.82 CPM

      • 3 years: $0.83 CPM

      • 4 years: $0.84 CPM

      • 5+ years: $0.85 CPM

    • Stop Pay: $20 (1st stop), $35 (2nd stop), $50 (3rd+ stop)

    • Long Island Pay: $65 (borough delivery)

    • Detention Pay: $12.50/hour (after 2 hours)

    • Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM extra based on safety, mileage, and productivity

    Requirements

    • Valid Class A CDL

    • Must live in PA, MD, NY, NJ, or DE

    • 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

    • Strong trip planning and time management skills

    • Willingness to drive in the Northeast — NYC runs are not required but preferred
