    Open Positions:

    1. Store Delivery Drivers – 20 Needed

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, Start times between 2AM–4AM

    • Weekly Average: $1,200–$1,400

    • Pay by Experience:

      • Starting: $0.57 CPM

      • 6 Months – 2 Years: $0.58 CPM

      • 2 – 4 Years: $0.59 CPM

      • 4+ Years: $0.60 CPM

    • Additional Pay:

      • $45 for roundtrip loads under 50 miles

      • $35 for roundtrip loads under 150 miles

      • $20 per stop

      • $100 holiday bonus (New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day – must work day-of)

    2. XDT Drivers – 20 Needed

    • Schedule: PM Starts (3PM–5PM), Average 5 days/week, Weekend Work Required

    • Weekly Average: $1,500–$1,750

    • Pay Per Roundtrip Lane:

      • Columbus: $43

      • Hebron: $155

      • Romulus: $280

    • Additional Pay:

      • $20 per backhaul pickup stop

      • $100/day for weekend work

      • $100 holiday bonus (New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day – must work day-of)

    • Delivering to warehouses or stores at night means no traffic and smoother runs.

    Requirements:

    • Valid CDL-A License

    • 6+ months of CDL-A driving experience in the last year

    • Maximum 4 jobs in the last 3 years

    • Live within 35 miles of Groveport, OH

    • Able to work slip seat operations
