• No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
• No more than two (2) in any 12-month period
• No more than one (1) in the most recent 12-months
• No DWI/DUI Convictions in the past (3) years * **No more than nine (9) driving jobs in the past three (3) years (including orientation only)
