What the Job Looks Like
Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset
Freight is focused within the Southeast region for easier trip planning
Expect around 1,800 miles per week (based on your hours and availability)
Pay averages between $1,000 and $1,100 per week
100% no-touch freight (50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload)
Equipment and Support
Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth trucks
Get 24/7 access to support, help is always available when you need it
Pay and Bonus Breakdown
Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 CPM extra based on safety, miles, and productivity (starts the 1st of the month after you're hired)
To qualify for bonuses, you need to be actively employed on the day of payment. All bonuses and conditions are subject to change with notice.
Time Off Policy
1 year = 1 week paid time off
3 years = 2 weeks
7 years = 3 weeks
15 years = 4 weeks
What You Need
Valid CDL-A and DOT medical card
At least 21 years old
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Clean driving record
Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
