About the Role:

Join Shakti Investments Inc as a FEDEX Line Haul Driver in Newville, PA! This exciting opportunity allows you to be a key player in our logistics team, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight while enjoying the freedom of the open road.

Responsibilities:

Operate FEDEX line haul trucks to transport freight between terminals.

Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments according to schedule.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles for safety compliance.

Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service records.

Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic regulations.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and terminal personnel.

Handle freight with care to prevent damage during transit.

Assist in loading and unloading cargo as needed.

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in a commercial vehicle.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks.

Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
