    Job Summary CDL A Driver

    We are looking to hire for immediate full-time employment an experienced and professional Truck Driver. In this role, you will transport Heavy Equipment and Materials from one location to another. This position works as part of a crew that performs underground directional drilling and/or utility line work. This candidate must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, reach, climb ladders. Pay rate based on experience, motivation and ability. Duties include but are not limited to:

    Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

    Follow safety policies and procedures wearing the provided personal protective equipment required for the job in a safe manner.

    Operating rakes, shovels and heavier equipment if needed.

    Our ideal candidate will be able to perform other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.

    Responsibilities

    Pick up materials and goods in one location and transport to another location.

    Perform routine safety inspections

    Plan the safest and most efficient routes of travel

    Maintain detailed driving log

    Comply with all company policies and driving laws

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Truck Driver is preferred

    Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)

    Graduation certificate from trucking school is preferred

    Familiarity with GPS systems, CB radios, and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) technology

    Understanding of all relevant truck driving laws and regulations
