About the Role:

Custom Transfer Inc is looking for skilled CDL Drivers — both Company Drivers and Owner Operators — to join our growing team out of Long Prairie, MN. With a competitive rate of 72 cents per mile, this is an outstanding opportunity to hit the road and maximize your earnings with a company that values its drivers.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over assigned routes

Transport freight in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs

Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery updates

Ensure proper securement and handling of cargo throughout transit

Maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) records using ELD systems

Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and team members

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL license required

Clean MVR and satisfactory driving record

Must meet DOT medical certification requirements

Experience operating tractor-trailers preferred

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service rules

Owner Operators must carry required insurance and maintain their own equipment

Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused work ethic
