Position Overview:
We are looking for a CDL Driver with experience operating flatbed trucks to transport truck bodies, water tanks, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, flatbed rigging experience, and be comfortable operating under DOT compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL Class A trucks with flatbed trailers.

• Secure loads using chains, straps, tarps, and other rigging equipment.

• Transport truck bodies, parts, and equipment to customer sites, job locations, or vendors (local and regional).

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records in compliance with DOT regulations.

• Assist with loading and unloading when necessary.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and Haul Lane team members.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.

• 2+ years of flatbed driving experience.

• Proficient in load securement and rigging (chains, binders, straps, tarps).

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.

• Must pass a drug test and DOT physical.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering oversize or custom truck bodies.

• Forklift certification is a plus.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
