Responsibilities & Requirements:

Safely operate a commercial CDL truck to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites

Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems using hand and power tools

Support drilling services and water well installations by assisting with and operating drilling equipment

Set up and break down job sites, ensuring all tools and materials are properly organized

Perform manual labor including assembling and disassembling equipment and lifting materials up to 100 lbs

Assist technicians and drillers by delivering materials, tools, and on-site support as needed

Help operate construction machinery, including excavators, under supervision for site preparation and drainage work

Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on irrigation components, landscaping equipment, trucks, and drill rigs

Maintain cleanliness of trucks, drill rigs, tools, and overall job site

Assist with general landscape support tasks such as soil preparation and site readiness when needed

Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment

Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards

Requirements:

Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including summer heat

Must be able to perform physically demanding manual labor

Ability to lift 100lbs consistently

Valid Driver’s License required

Class B CDL License with Manual Endorsement REQUIRED
