About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our Logistics team. As a CDL Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods while upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This is a full-time, hourly position ideal for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service. This position requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure operational safety.
• Load and unload cargo while adhering to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Follow all local, state, and federal transportation laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle performance, and delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
• Perform basic maintenance and report vehicle issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Assist with route planning and follow efficient delivery routes.

What Sets You Apart

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a CDL Driver in a logistics or transportation environment.
• Experience operating a Moffett and flatbed is required.
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and transportation laws.
• Ability to operate and maneuver commercial vehicles safely in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to load and unload cargo as needed.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and precision.
• Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
