About the Role:

Join CUSTOM TRANSFER INC as a CDL Driver O/O and Company Driver in Long Prairie, MN! We are seeking dedicated drivers who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring safety on the road.

Responsibilities:

Transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.

Handle loading and unloading cargo as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Manage paperwork and documentation related to deliveries.

Requirements:

Valid CDL license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably with O/O experience.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to operate various types of trucks and trailers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to work varying hours and routes as needed.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
