WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Review CDL driver qualifications
• Match drivers with suitable available opportunities
• Communicate position details and recruiting next steps
• Maintain active candidate pipelines
• Follow up with qualified drivers
• Track candidate progress and placement activity
• Coordinate information between candidates and recruiting teams
• Maintain accurate applicant records and notes
• Help ensure candidates are moved through the process efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with professional truck drivers
• Ability to evaluate basic applicant qualifications
• Comfortable using ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, and online systems
• Recruiting or transportation experience is helpful
• CDL driving or trucking-industry experience is valuable
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong follow-through
