About the Role:

ENOCH LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Charlotte, NC! This is an exciting temp-to-full-time opportunity for a motivated driver ready to build a long-term career with a growing company. Responsibilities:

Operate dump truck safely and efficiently for material hauling and delivery across job sites in the Charlotte, NC area

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations

Load and unload materials including dirt, gravel, sand, and construction debris

Communicate with dispatchers and site supervisors to coordinate timely deliveries

Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and delivery documentation

Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies on every route

Report any vehicle maintenance needs or mechanical issues promptly

Requirements:

Valid Class A or Class B CDL license required (must have held license for two years)

Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with a safe driving history

1 year dump truck or heavy equipment driving experience preferred

Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service (HOS) compliance

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines

Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
