12 months verifiable OTR experience in the past 3 years (OTR defined as running 5+ states in a sleeper tractor), 6 months verifiable OTR flatbed experience in the last 3 years (or flatbed within the last 10 years with the 2-day load securement class),

No failed or refused drug tests in the past 5 years, Minimum age 23
