Redbox+ Dumpsters of Louisville is currently in search for a Rockstar CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our team! Redbox+ Dumpsters of Louisville is a boutique company - small, family owned and exists to offer exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, respectful, timely and safe driver to join our team.

The best fit for this role will happily maintain close relationships with project managers, respect homeowners and their property, safely operate a specially equipped Kenworth T-370 single axel truck, manage time appropriately, love logistics, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty.

Duties

· - Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer jobsites safely

· - Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners

· - Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction

· - Maintain relationships with project managers

· - Perform Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines

· - Utilize specific iPad technology to accurately log information and navigate trips

· - Empty containers at disposal sites

· - Clean/Service portable toilets

· - Tarp containers during transports

Skills

· - Excellent time management skills to ensure always on time

· - Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions

· - Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments

· - Highly skilled backing and maneuvering necessary

· - Professional interactions with customers and maintain professional and courteous behavior to all members of public

Qualifications

· - Must be 21 years of age

· - Proficient ability to use navigation and apps through iPads

· - Must provide current medical card and access to driving record

· - Good driving record

· - Valid/Current Class A or B CDL

· - Pass a background check

· - Pass drug tests before and during employment

· - Legally able to work in the US

· - Familiarity of Louisville Metro area
