Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Solo Drivers to support a large regional retail distribution operation based in Smyrna, TN. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent regional routes, reliable home time, and steady weekly pay.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: Approximately $28.50/hr
• Pay Schedule: Weekly

Route & Schedule

• Route Type: Regional Solo
• Freight: Clothing and home goods
• Touch Freight: Yes — hand unloading required
• Home Time: Consistent; schedule reviewed during screening
• Service Area: Southeast / Midwest region

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Unload freight manually as required
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and delivery records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and onsite teams
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Clean driving record
• Previous regional driving experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with touch freight / hand unloading
• Strong safety and compliance mindset
