Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and professional CDL Bus Driver to operate our shuttle service based in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and ensure safe, timely, and friendly transportation for guests to and from designated locations, including sporting events, downtown destinations, and partner locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 15–27 passenger shuttle bus in compliance with all local and state traffic laws
Pick up and drop off guests at designated stops with a focus on punctuality and customer service
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
Keep the interior and exterior of the shuttle clean and presentable
Communicate with management regarding route changes, guest concerns, or delays
Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude at all times
Assist passengers as needed, including helping those with limited mobility
Follow all company policies and procedures related to transportation and safety
Requirements:
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with passenger endorsement (CDL-P)
Clean driving record and background check + drug screen
Ability to work nights and weekends
Prior experience driving a shuttle or commercial vehicle preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-traffic or busy situations
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and event days (especially game days)
