Consumer Director Services is seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to add to our team!

ESSENTIAL TASKS:

· Accepts or assists and/or processes including inquiries, referrals, questions, and complaints or concerns directed at Customer Service.

· Coordinates services with affected offices and departments as required by process.

· Verifies client payor and eligibility for services and enters new client information into agency data base.

· Verifies names and addresses of potential clients; maintains referral log of admitted and non-admitted clients.

· Documents any delays in client/patient’s treatment or services and notifies the appropriate staff member(s), physician, patient, and/or referral source as required by process.

· Maintain good communication between all departments.

· Cross-train with other members of the department.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or GED.

· One to two years of related work health care setting experience.

· BILINGUAL (SPANISH) PREFERRED.

· Able to work independently.

· Work with a team to accomplish goals and objectives.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

· Skills testing will be administered for Excel along with 10-key and must be able to type 35 wpm with 80% accuracy.
