CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE The Representative performs many different duties at Cedar Gill including customer service, upselling products and services, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing sales support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers as they enter.
Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
Manage the company events, tradeshows, and retail partners effectively.
Maintain customer information and confidential documents.
Assist sales team with new product launches and promotions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
One to three years of customer service experience
Quick learner ready to assist on new projects
