Cedar Glen Landscapers are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience, and where management and leadership skills are developed for future advancement.

Work on a team performing various services on clients’ properties

Manage and oversee crew’s safety, efficiency, and quality

Keep crew’s vehicle and equipment clean and well-maintained

Train and help develop crew members

Safely and efficiently operate landscape maintenance, as well as snow and ice management tools and equipment.

Enhance curb appeal and beautify outdoor spaces.

Requirements

Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly

Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions

Able to handle the physical demands of the position

Be punctual and reliable

Accountability to themselves and to their team
