    POSITION: HELP DESK ANALYST - FAIRFAX COUNTY GOVERNMENT (FAIRFAX VA, COMBINATION OF ON-SITE AND REMOTE WORK)

    CEE Corporations Federate Systems is looking for a Help Desk Analyst- Fairfax County Government (Fairfax VA, Combination of on-site and remote work. ) to support one of our CEEs government clients.

    US Citizen or US Green card Candidate

    • Candidates rate: $20 to $25 per hour on 1099 with CEE Corporation

    LOCATION: FAIRFAX, VA

    CLIENT: FAIRFAX COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

    DURATION: 8+ MONTHS

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Onsite User support for IT systems and processes (required).
    • Works onsite in Health Department Point of Dispensing sites (PODS) for COVID-19 vaccination (required).
    • Serves as first point or resolution for desktop/laptop relate issues, or data systems related incidents.
    • Communicates with HD IT staff or County IT staff as needed to escalate when onsite resolution is not possible.
    • Assists non-technical users with IT assets and data systems.
    • Troubleshoots system issues and escalates to software vendors as needed.
    • Exports and moves data lists as needed between multiple IT systems.
    • Engage directly with onsite users, to include HD staff, County staff, volunteers, and clients.
    • Assists in the management of system user access and permissions.
    • Assists in the testing and planning of any vaccine administration systems.

    SKILLSETS

    • Familiarity with or experience in IT solutions for human services system and/or public health.
    • Experience in a help desk/support level environment.
    • Experience using O365 applications.
    • Ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
    • Ability to analyze and evaluate administrative and technical processes and procedures.
    • Ability to translate technical terminology into terms understandable to management and employees.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships.

    NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge and experience developing workflow diagrams, business process mapping, system diagrams, mock-ups, and other visual aides to translate and support detailed written documentation
