Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm Mon-Fri / 37.5 hours per wk This will be working remotely for now, but will be required to come into the office as needed Candidates must be local at time of submission, Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made. This position is not eligible to bill overtime. Must have excellent Customer Service skills, Professional communication and writing skills Answering and triaging Customer support phone calls and emails to appropriate teams - 65% using Serivce Now to create, track and resolve customer support tickets - 20% Assisting the TennIIS Help Desk Manager with clerical tasks - 10% Assisting with Immunization Register Record requests and de-duplication - 5%
The ASA2 would act as the primary point of contact for external customers making a support inquiry to the VPDIP Help desk vie phone and or/email. Answer customer Support phone calls and monitoring emails for inquiries Opening support tickets in the Service Now Customer Support Management System Assisting with Immunization Registry Record requests Assisting the TennIIS Help Desk Manager with clerical tasks De duplicating records and merging duplicate records Preparing weekly reports to track the number and type of incoming customer support inquireies Managing VPDIP contact lists Previous experience with Help Desk Ticket tracking software tools, specifically "Service Now" is preferred, but not required.
