    Job Summary

    We are seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) who are hard working, responsible, and genuinely enjoy helping those who are in need. We work with multiple skilled nursing facilities all throughout Orange County. In this position, you will assist the residents with their daily living needs to increase their quality of life. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, responsible and willing to be an advocate for their patients. We are a nursing registry based in Orange County. How does scheduling work? Simple! You provide us your availability and we will offer/schedule you for shifts that fall within those days/times.

    Responsibilities included (but are not limited to) :

    Assisting with residents' with daily living activities

    Assisting with personal hygiene needs and dressing

    Assisting with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

    Monitoring food intake

    Monitoring vital signs

    Collaborating with other healthcare professionals

    Monitoring and recording vital signs

    Updating residents' charts

    Offering bedside care

    Wound care

    Contacting assigned physician if needed

    Administering medications

    Following all facility "Change of Condition" policies and procedures

    Working with Electronic MARs.

    Qualifications

    Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

    Active LVN License

    CPR/BLS certified

    Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

    Excellent communication and team work

    Tracheostomy and Ventilator experience (preferred)

    Ability to lift objects without restrictions

    Reliable transportation

    Willing to travel all throughout Orange County

    Ability to work with limited supervision

    Must be compassionate, respectful, ethical, responsible and punctual

    E-MAR experience preferred* (Will provide training if needed)
